Christ I just saw the biggest chase 2 cherrys off a sinking wafer then carry it off to a higher vantage point...
They would probably bully them or pick on small shrimp.

I have amano's with sp.blue which are about the same size or slightly bigger then my RCS and they get along fine but then again they are in a 30g and not a tiny tank.

You might be a bit overstocked in that tank with so many bottom dwellers.
My amanos take food from each other. I have never seen them fight. They just like to chase each other down to steal food. I just feed them enough so everyone gets a piece. They still steal food but the one who lost the food finds another piece on the gravel. I find them very amusing to watch.
IME, my amanos never finish a whole pellet. After a few minutes they drop it and do something else, I guess look for other food. After the pellet is dropped it is gourged on by the other shrimpies or fish.

Same here! They'll fight amongst each other (amanos) until one wins custody of the algae pellet, in a few moments or minutes, he's done and on to something new, then the 'others' come in for din din. ;)
Well I think they were just not well fed at the shop. They seem to have calmed down a lot but I still may give them to my friend whos only got one in his planted tank or my girlfriend for her snail tank(would they eat baby apple snails?).
