Hi All! I have Aluminum Mesh left over from a non-fish related project. It would be perfect for tying down moss, other then the fact its aluminum.

Question: If I spray/coat it heavily with Krylon Fusion would that render it aquarium safe? I would not need to bend it, rather I can "sew" or "tie" the moss to it once its coated.

Thoughts?

Thanks everyone, I could not find much on the web or here about its use.

Thank you for the link - I do understand that it (by itself - no coating) is not safe to use.

Which is why i asked for opinions for coating it with Krylon fusion spray paint. Does anyone know if it would render it inert or would it eventually leech out into the water thru the paint?
