does it harm or kill mosses? I have a manano ball and christmas moss in my tank and have concerns. but I also have a bit/alot of algea grownig on my substraight and wood that is fine short and dark/black green that I cant quite get under control. tank is going on 3 months mature.

I've seen where there have been a several questions asked about it lately.

There are several threads that dealt with that exact question...I think this is a good one: http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/showthread.php?t=197452. Just search for "algae fix" and you'll find a ton more too.

Short answer though, is that you should be fine. It seems to work really well on hair algae and won't hurt fish, plants, moss, or marimo balls as long as it is dosed correctly...

Edit: It will kill inverts though...
