[Kolleradam]

So I have a heavily planted tank thats been set up for 3 months. At first, I had a normal bacterial bloom at first while the tank was getting established. The cycle was completed quickly due to the fact that I added some established filter media from another tank. Fast forward to 7 days ago when I removed that piece of old filter media because it was blocking the flow of the filter (too much stuff crammed in there). Then the next day my water was getting cloudy, which was expected. Since then it has only gotten worse and has a greenish tint to it, but I cant tell if its a bacterial bloom or algae. I just would like some input to see what it could be and how to solve it.
