I don't know if you can see it on the glass, but it's on the back right.

I was wondering what I could get to help get rid of it? I got some otos, but they don't anything on it!

Hard to tell from the picture, but looks like everyday dust algae or spot algae. Use a magnetic scraper and just scrap it off. Every tank is different, but most people have to do that on some sort of regular basis.

Is it small raised bumps that are difficult to scrape off, even with your fingernail? If so, it's green spot algae. It's very persistent once you have it, but you can scrape the walls off with a new razor blade fairly easily, and nerite snails will help keep it under control. For me it's always been an issue of too much light.
