Plant Green Flower Terrestrial plant Flowering plant

I was wondering if someone could ID this algae and inform me of how to eradicate it. I think that it may be a form of hair algae, but I am not certain. You can see it best on this fake plant, but it is on all of my live plants, ornaments, substrate, and tank walls.

Thank you. I think that it is filament algae, and my plants have been yellowing from the tips of the leaves. While I still don’t know how to effectively treat it, I will be cleaning out the gravel with the algae and transfering to a 5 gallon with mature filter media and a healthy bacteria colony. While I move the afflicted 10 gallon to become a hospital tank and put a 20 gallon on the stand with new things and mature filter media running on it to speed up the cycle. Would that help?
