I see two kinds of algae on the rocks, but not green dust algae. One may be green spot algae, but I'm not sure of that. I have never been able to use rocks with relatively high light without getting the "green spot" type algae like what you have. When green spot algae is on the glass, using more phosphate seems to defeat it.

What about your potassium? It could help to raise that as well if it's not already high.

How long is your photo period?
How long has this tank been setup?

A lot of times, the spot algae will go away on it's own. It has for me with a little help of lowering light exposure. Once the tank matured, it went away.
