ok ive tried this on the algae forum but no replies and i also have another question also about lighting.. ok here goes
sorry it is a 75 gallon
is a 4x 54 watt ho T5 unit enough to grow any type or species of plants ? or do i need 5-6x54 watt ho T5
and as for the algae
ok my c02 is on at like 5-10 bps i havent counted really diligently. i have stoped dosing ferts (tropica master grow) i lost a 28 watt T5 bulb (so intensity is cut down and i have lowered photo periond. it is thread/ hair algae... green young growth / grey old growth. you know the stuff that grows on everything... feels like hair. im tired of trying things to remove it i have done waterchanges, H2O2 dosing , manual removal, increase of co2, less intensity, and less photo period, every trick in the book what do i need to do to get rid of it ?
