This is a new alenquer I just got. He is doing well in the tank with the other discus. However he or she is the smallest one and starts to bullied all the other fish.

Nice discus. I would watch to make sure it doesn't get bullied too much. Coming into the tank as an individual and being the smallest may make it more skiddish than usual.
