Hi everybody, I am going to build an air jet for my pond. The air pump delivers 68l/m / 18usg/m. The riser will be 55cm/21". Should I go with 50mm/2" or 75mm/3" tube?

Unless you have a pressure issue you should be fine with 55mm. If you want the extra 02 boost go bigger but I don't think it would be necessary.

Can you explain what you mean with "pressure issue"?

If the line is too small and air pressure will either build up or force it's way out the tubing where it's connected. That's the only thing I'd look out for.

Larger ponds might need the boosted 02 from a larger tube.
