My 75 gallon will be finishing up it’s cycle in a few weeks, and I’m planning out my stocking order.

In all I’m planning on 50 rummy nose tetras,3 pairs of apisto and 2 angelfish.

I understand I can’t add everything at once so the bio filter can grow with the biomass.

Would it make sense to add 25 tetra, then wait two weeks to add the other 25, then another two weeks to add the angelfish or cichlids?

Personally, I'd go with 5 additions of 10 tetras, but as long as you monitor the tanks parameters, you should be good. Just make sure to quarantine! That's a lot of fish, and it'd suck if you got through all of them only for the last addition to add in something like ich to the tank.
