This is what I'll do when introducing new fishes into tank.

1) Place the whole bag into your tank for about 30 minutes (equalise temperature)
2) Add your tank water into the plastic bag in small amount and let the new fish itself acclimatise. This should last about another 40 minutes(interval of 10 minutes).
3) By this time, the plastic should have at least 50% of your tank water and the rest from the LFS.
4) Tilt the plastic bag opening fully horizontally and let the fish swim out when they are ready for the new enviroment. Don't rush them! If the fish swim out immediately, this show that your water perimeter is better than the LFS and vice versa. I have been using this method since 10 years ago when I was into Arowana.

Hope this helps.
