What is the thin and tall grass in the back left corner of this ADA tank?

Possibly Hairgrass. It resembles it. It also looks like the Dwarf Hairgrass int the foreground(right corner) except its taller.

I'm pretty sure that's Valissneria nana, E.v is a little short for that, the tank is like 12"+ tall.

No, I have V. nana and it grows up to 24". The only thing 'nana' about it is the width of the leaves.

Yea, that's my point, it grows tall, but the leaves are narrow, like the one in the pic. The hairgrass is the short plant in the front right, now comparing that to the rear left, it's obvious that the left rear grass is not hair grass.

I'm gonna put my money on well trimmed V.nana.

But V. nana is not as narrow as you think, it is not needle-thin like the plant in the picture posted above.

oh, maybe it's giant hairgrass or something, i always thought that was V nana in the ADA pics.

I have the ADA catalog in front of me, and in his given tank specs in the back, he lists E. vivipara, E. acicularis and R. fluitans.

That said, I have noticed several editing errors in the past while trying to identify some of the plants in these tanks.
