I'm running the following:

I got it for $70, including shipping on Ebay (see Ebay item# 151947089778).
It has worked extremely well. I had the plants in a 40 breeder (17" tall) with 192 Watts of PC lights (Coralife fixture). To be able to go to 36 Watts of LEDs with a 21" high tank is really surprising.
Also, the slim profile and timer are great. The only complaint I have is that the timer doesn't have a battery backup. If I lose power, the timer will go back to its default values. However, for $70, I'll live with it.
