Well, after seeing one of my daughters Ghost shrimp was berried I quickly set up a 10 gallon I had in the basement and filled it with a 50% water change from her 20 gallon.

It dropped its eggs and I put her back into the 20.

This is what I have so far, It seems like 50-100 of them.

Well, do have a bunch of little specks with tails, but I can't seem to get a good pic of them.(only have the stock 18-55mm lens on my slr)

I just assumed they were bigger versions of the small white jerky specks, I'm new at this, lol.

yep...the zoea will be very tiny. About this size ---> , (the size of a comma). I have a very difficult time getting pics of them myself.

Now the real question would be as to which species you may have...the fresh or brack? Not to be discouraged though. The time at which they are in a larval state is minimal. 24-48 hours.

I'm assuming fresh as they've been around for 3-4 days now, If you're meaning they would die past 24-36 hours if they were brackish.

Do ghosts need SW to hatch like amanos, etc, or live birth?
From what I've read it can go either way, some are fresh, some need brackish(Def not live though). Hoping mine work out.
