Luckily it wasn't above the tank or anything, but it was near the tank. Is everything contaminated now? They were T5 HO bulbs and I cleaned everything up. Can I still use this fixture, I wiped up all the power I possibly could have?

They have a very small amount of mercury, but all should be OK. You should be able to use the fixture.
