Hello everybody I'm completely new to this forum and to keeping a planted tank although Ihave been keeping fish for a while now. But now I have decided to buy a second tank because I've become infatuated with beautiful aquadcaped tanks I've seen online and on this forum. I've done some research and have some Idea of what I want yet I'm slightly lost as of how to get there. So I had a new idea which was to interact with all of you great guys on this forum and we could build something together. So at this point I only have my filter fluval 306. Tank and stand is on the way tmc signature 60x45x45.I'm almost settled on the aquaray 1500 as lighting. Apart from that I'm pretty lost. I was hoping that everybody on this forum could help me build and maintain something great. Thank you for reading and looking forward to your response

Maybe if you explain a little more what you have in mind it would help others to know what kind of advice to give..... For example, what kind of tank do you have in mind? Iwagumi style, or Dutch style, or something else? What kind of plants and fish are you considering? Have you given any thought to CO2 and substrate and fertilizers?
