I'm looking to upgrade my lighting from a 2 4ow T12 shop light that used Sylvania Cool White Deluxe bulbs to 2 39w T5HO 6,700°K Life-GLO T-5's (I already have the fixture). For plants I have Java Moss Wall and a Java Fern in a terra cotta 8" pot filled with Flourite and I use fertilizer tabs. I plan on doing 5-6 more pots with some crypts and Anubias. Am I going to have problems with the lighting upgrade and will I have to upgrade to Co2 or maybe get away with a DIY Co2? I don't wanna tear the substrate out is why I'm doing the terra cotta pots.
