I like your idea! Can't wait to see it!
Thanks! Hopefully it turns out. It's nothing overly complicated, but I think the hardest part is going to be implying depth with the little hill.I like your idea! Can't wait to see it!
Good to hear about the e. belem growing well. Hopefully the e. parvula does the same. I wish mine had been that cheap! It wasn't retail, but almost twice what you paid. I'm an Amazon junkie too. Can't believe I missed that. This will be interesting. Will be following.
With the stock light, my e.belem is growing good, producing runners. HC is doing fine but could maybe use more light (I added a 2nd light for that tank just a week ago). The HM will explode, you'll have to trim almost once a week with co2 and fertz (I EI dose). And my substrate is just eco-complete. My guess is that you will enjoy this eheim kit. I bought 5 myself. Amazon had them priced at 62 bucks at one point a few months back so I bought 2 just for the lights alone...lol. Check my sig.
Hmm. I have a TON of moss overtaking my shrimp tank that I could use, but it's full of baby snails and baby shrimp. I guess I'll have to try to get some out and then dip it to get rid of the snails. Hopefully the shrimp jump off in the tank. Thanks for letting me know.Ive done mesh walls in the past. If you want it to grow out nicely, you basically have to cover the entire mesh with moss. The moss will not grow sideways and you will be left with clear patches of mesh. Goodluck!
