Never was fantastic at setting up Hardscapes "properly" so Ive taken a few photos of what im working with and would love some suggestions/input

Working with that only piece of drift wood and about 5lbs Seiryu stone

The first photo is the one I think Ive settled on

I've ordered some HC and somebuce "super mini brownie" and plan on starting it immersed​

I would place the wood in the center of the tank with the rocks around it and have everything facing the same direction and at the same angle. Just MO

how the wood is shaped I dont think I could fit it in the middle without it actually taking up the entire area, but I will try that.

Bump: I do like this config but trying the wood in mid now.

*Edit* I'd unfortunately have to take a saw to the piece of driftwood to get it to fit in the middle, as it sits on the left it fills in the whole space

Group them together, break the bigger rocks into small pieces so it can go around the wood. Something like this:

I really like the big rock on the right and don't want to smash it, I do have a couple more pieces and added them around the wood as well as re positioned it what do you think of this? I think I may stick with it.

I like this one (not sure what the upside down pic of rock means tho??) my only suggestion is to take the largest rock and place it on its side. It looks really nice!!

In the middle of the upside down rock it looks like there's a skull
