If you look at my link (http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/showthread.php?t=185069) you can see how those lights will look. I have two fixtures with 2 t5ho bulbs in it (10000k and plant bulbs).
I think the two largest pieces would look amazing!

LOL looks like we are both doing a 15g to a 56g column. Yea these lights are amazing.

I was thinking the same thing going to play around with them and a few other pieces.
Well your waiting for the update on the build thought I would share my reef tank. Not much on writing journals. My tanks keep me busy and moving which is a good thing.
I have kept tanks/fish for 25 yrs never got into breeding. I currently have a 300 gallon Reef Tank and the 56 gallon tower/column. These tanks act as my physio therapy if it weren't for my tanks likely wouldn't be where I am today. Working on my tanks is a challenge of sorts and rewarding at same time.

Thank you
Just wish I had talent with planted tanks just not the artist type like most people here.
So just a little more about this set up.
I got the tank about 3 weeks ago set it up in layers of peat moss, dirt , Flourite , and sand. Planted the tank while I tried to figure out exactly what I was going to do.
Today I drained most the water into a large Brute Garbage can I use only for my tank. took all my plants out did my hard scape replanted and replaced water.
Once water clears I will post pics

Sorry about the delay got busy with the reef tank today and forgot.
Also decided to add fish from the 15 gallon. the big square looking chunks of rock nit staying they are just weighing down the driftwood. Sorry about the quality was hard to get good pic as I was getting reflection from reef tank behind me.

Not as nice as most of your tanks but tried my best.
WOW,

Great setup in the 56g! Drift wood looks GREAT! Plant selection is very cool too!

The Reef is simply AMAZING!!!!! I LOVE Sail fin Tangs, and those Clams are the best I have EVER SEEN!!!! A LOT of time AND $ WENT INTO IT!!! I used to be into saltwater, and I still LOVE them, but I just can't afford them now! Maybe in the future when I win the Lotto I will get back to them, but Live Planted tanks will always be included!!!

Anyway I can't wait to see everything fill out and mature! What filters Ya running on the 56g?

Keep up the AWESOME work!
Drew
nice looking tank bud. The 56 is one of my favorite tanks.
Looks good cant wait to see it filled in. I look at the pictures first before reading and I thought "wtf are those cement bricks doing in there"

Thanks for the compliments Drew.
currently running 2 HOB filters Aquaclear 70 and 30 want to upgrade to canister filter soon just doing some research now PLUS not sure if I'm going to keep this or up-grade to larger tank. Miss my 72 bow never should have sold it.

Just add 1-2 canisters with the Aquaclears. I'm now running a 30 and 70 plus two Ehiem 2215s. I'll post some pics shortly in my thread.
