Bulk heads installed towards the top and the bottom, plus opening at the top about the same size as a 5 gallon bucket.

I bought this thinking I'd cut off the top and sink it in the ground for a pond. We're considering a move so that plan was tossed out. I need to clear some more room at my shop and get the filing cabinets out from under it. lol
