this is the progress of my nano. i didn't put it in the nano forum because i'm not discussing issues with it, its just a photo diary.

with water and filter, the one plant you see is my dwarf 4 leaf clover. i was going to use glosso, but i just couldn't resist this stuff when i saw it.

planted, but cloudy. i turned on the filter when the water level was too low and it kicked up a bunch of sand in one corner.

oh yeah, for occupants, it was originally going to be a shrimp-only tank for cherries, but i came home from the bestest LFS ever with a sparkling gourami and a scarlet badis. so now it will have those two, and shrimp, lol.

sand cleared up, this is from a day or two after the previous pictures. but i tested the 5g and it had 2ppm ammonia from the wood rotting, so i had to let it cycle for 2 weeks (seeded from other tanks)
