So i've got this tank

The scape looks horrible! The moss is all flat, the dhg is melted and the aponogeton bulbs are shabby. Can anyone help me out on this scape please?

LEFT HALF (foreground to back)
3 round angled coral rock fragments with java moss tied to it pushed into gravel
2 flat inchlong driftwood fragments with java moss tied to it laying on gravel
fan coral skeleton with java moss tied to it laying on the gravel
a couple stems of najas grass
RIGHT HALF (foreground to back)
10 or so plots of dhg
5 bulbs of aponogeton 3 of which are growing

(btw the substrate is potting soil with pea gravel cap)
