Looks like a plastic tank. I would be worried about the long-term viability of the hardware, since plastic degrades quite quickly and is easily scratched. What kind of substrate is that? It looks almost like uncapped dirt.

Real plants on the way. Ordered some corkscrew vals. Once I find out my lighting then I'll add more and more.;)

Added some micro sword. Can't remove the fake plant yet due to newly hatched shrimp.

Got some goodies. Changed the tank. Bubbles due to water change.

Plastic lasts thousands of years. That's one of the reasons our Oceans and landfills are filling up with it. If this is plastic and not acrylic. Should work fine.
