40 Breeder Dutch?

Planning a 4o breeder in a somewhat dutch style with stem plants and maybe monte carlo as a carpet. Question is would two finnex planted+ 24/7 be enough light? Another option I was thinking was a Odyssea T5 Quad Timer or even two Sunblaster Nanotech T5 High Output Fixtures in a hood. Any suggestions would be appreciated as choosing lighting is turning into a chore :icon_lol:
