Hi! I have a question about lighting, I'm going to change my lighting fixture and I'm not sure if 4 T5HO (39W) are going to be enough?

I want to be able to grow moderate-high plants and I will also add CO2... and my aquarium is aprox 39in(L)X16in(W)x17in(H).

That is more than enough lighting. 2 t5HO is good, especially if it is a quality fixture

That's somewhat more light than you will likely need, even with CO2, for that sized-tank.
As mitchfish said, 2 T5 H0's would probably be enough, at least part of the time.
Would be nice if the 4 light fixture is operable with either 2 or 4 bulbs running at once.

Way more than enough light, unless you are planning to start an algae farm.

I would just go with 2 bulbs.
