37G Native Wisconsin Riparium

I thought I already started a thread for this project, but now I can't find it(???).

This setup is over at the children's museum. It's in a Marineland 37-gallon Column filled to about 40%. The fish are native Wisconsin species, but the plants are "stand in" selections that look more less like some of the native marginal plants that we have here.

I started this project last year. I only go over there once per week, so it has been progressing slowly.

I worked on it a little more today. Here is a view in through the top.

Here's a shot with the Oplismenus basket grass that I added to this tank last week.

Basket grass is an excellent trellis raft plant, but it's spindly and you have to use of stems to get it to cover. As these grow up I will cut off the tops and plant them back into the same trellis raft.

Well that is extremely cool! I'd love some full tank shots.

Edit** you just posted one as I posted this.

Very neat. Do you guys have any aquatic plants which might make the scape of the water more interesting?
Thanks.

Nope I'm not going to add any underwater plants to this one, but we are going to get some more fish for it. I also need to work on getting better pictures.
That looks awesome!
