Update on my 36 gal tank. Finally got everything right, lights, co2 and ferts, plants were doing amazing....so had to trim it down...

First picture is pre-trim

Second picture is post trim (Had to get rid of the amazon sword, wasnt doing so well)

Feel free to comment on what you would change

Changes made
*Wisteria tops replanted on right side where amazon was*
*Red Ludwiga replanted to left side of tank*
*Crypts moved to cover centre and centre left mid ground*

I would split the DHG in halves and plant them that way you get a faster coverage from them.
i did this about 3-4 weeks ago....a lot of the established DHG has created runners that you cannot see in the photo....you think I should uproot those? they seem so fragile....i am awaiting another shipment of DHG from my LFS

I like it, one thing i would suggest that I've noticed from past experience with the dwarf hair grass is that you can split up the grass into really slim plantlettes down to maybe 10-20 strands and cover it a lot more off the bat and it seems to fill in a little bit more even. Looks awesome either way
