For now i have decided to get this light for a 20L and my question is how hard is it to find 30 inch t5 bulbs for this fixture?

LOL, maybe you should have asked that on your other WTB thread.
thatpetplace.com sells them cheap and does not charge extra shipping.
also 2x18watt fixture is only enough to grow low tech plants in a 20L.

I have two of those fixtures over my 29 gallon tank and I can easily find the bulbs at my local fish store, which also sells the fixtures. Big Als, That Pet Place, and other online retailers also sell them.
