Well… after a trip to Italy for 10 days and running out of co2 two days beforehand with no chance to refill, it is time for me to start my tank over. It is very very disappointing but being that I have no fish in there and not too much money worth of plants, I have no worries. I don’t know what plants to buy and some advice would be great. I want a bushy jungle look. Stargrass, cambomba, glosso, and Rotala roundifolia are some of the plants I am thinking of. I will have co2, 2.5watts/gallon, 30 gallon tank, and prob two schools, one of cardinals, one of rasboras, and also some ottos. Heres the pictures:

also, when I put the outlet of the co2 into the filter (eheim 2213), it eventually builds up so the filter is full of air, and no more co2 can flow in. I don’t know why it does this but any advice would be great to fix this.
THANKS
