I plan to make it with no filter and heavily planted with snails and shrimps, worms and microcrustaceans, and external flora.
I'm using REAL baby tears seeds this time, and I will be using red flora with red and yellow shrimp maybe. I accept advice.

#Update#

The filter is being used to clear the water from the dust while escaping underwater. It will be removed later.
I'm planning to add shrimps and snails, maybe nano fish and ALOT of fauna diversity and an airstone.

What aquatic animal couple could I add with low ph/the parameters and no filter system? My hardscape is LAVA ROCK with clay substrate... so it couldn't be a soft belly fish.

An aquatic animal couple for a 2g tank with low ph and no filter system will be hard to find. If it were up to me, I'd just put some cherry shrimp in the tank.

How low of a pH are you talking about? If its around 6 you might want to consider some type or Caridina instead of a Neocaridina species like cherry shrimp.

I'm using that same brightwell substrate for a CRS tank I'm on 3 weeks and no nitrite on my cycle pH 6.4 in mine. You plan on fishless cycle? Curious if yours will go better.

I waited a few days, introduced a few plants, snails and now I will wait. I will add more plants later and shrimps. Maybe micro fish later.

Some baby tears also began to grow up all around.

Again, I will remove the filter.
