I have been out of the aquarium hobby for around 2 years now and I am looking to get back into it with a new 29 gallon tank, live plants, CO2 (5 lb tank), and some pieces of dragon stone I have at the house.
I am looking for ideas on what to do with this tank. The two pieces of dragon stone in the tank are in no specific arrangement and I am hoping you guys can help me decide how to place them. I will be using BDBS as my substrate. The current light is just a spare exo-terra hood with an extra jungle dawn LED I had left over from a vivarium build. This will be replaced with some type of LED fixture. See link below for photo.
I am thinking about having the substrate slope from left to right, with the right side consisting of low lying carpeting plants, while the right would be reserved for taller growing varieties.
Let me know what you guys think.
