I am about to convert a high tech 29 gal to a low tech. Substrate is seachem flourite and I don't want to use C02.

I just purchased a Coralife T-5 2x18w 30" light fixture. This will give me 1.24 watts per gallon.

I am looking to grow java fern, anubius, java moss, crypts, Anacharis, vals, and maybe dwarf chain swords.

Do you think I have enough lighting?

I have the same set up (eco-complete instead of flourite, though) and the anubias, crypts and vals are all doing well. I have java fern and java moss growing in other tanks with even less light. I think you'll be fine!
