This tank is still work in progress plan on adding more rocks and plants.

Lights: .52W WPG, 2 x T5, 2 x T8, really low light but plants are doing fine. Very hard water
Filter: 2 x Eheim 2028 may add FX5 to this tank
Heaters: 2 x Hydor external 300W
CO2: none, not planning on any
Polishing filter: DIY Whole Home filter with 5 micron filter cartridge does great job to polish the water
Tank: 220G 6' long x 2' deep x 30" tall
Age: 1 year
Fish: from another tank most are almost 3 years, many babies with 2 or 3 pairs of fish breeding regularly
Plants: Anubias, Java Fern, and another Anubias variant doing well.

Thanks fish are over 3 years old and tank is over a year old now.

Not much has changed, no new fish or plants. I've been busy with ponds and my planted tank. Fish are doing well in this tank, tones of fry everywhere. I do 40% WC every week on this tank and add home made African buffer to the tank and feed them.

new update, this tank is now torn down and sold all my fish. I now have an empty 220G tank that I may end up selling to get an ADA 65G and go pressurrized planted tank.

After 4 years I got bored of this tank and was costing a bunch to power it all. I enjoy my 75G planted much more and it's less up keep.

I want to go all out with a living room rimless setup and suspended lights. Check back for a link to a new journal.
