I was told I need 20 mm tap connectors, but all I can seem to find are 9,13,and 16 mm. Does anyone know where to find a 20 mm connector?

Which filter and tubing do you have? If it is the larger size tubing, the 16MM sounds right. I may be wrong but I only think of two sizes. Larger size is 16MM inside/ 22MM outside?

There's an outside diameter and inside diameter. So you have to check which they are talking about, inside diameter is the important part...

Sorry, the title led me to think it was for Eheim. Can't help as I've never been there on that filter. Can the person who gave you the 20MM size be of any help?

you can make a ghetto double tap of any size by using two ball valves and a union

Since the filter is not a standard Eheim filter, I would not think there would be an Eheim part to fit. that leaves you needing a part from that filter company or finding a DIY solution. If in the US, I would convert the 20MM to inches and look for tubing near or slightly off that size and then try to match it to a group of parts as suggested above. Not likely to be an easy thing to build and certain to cost. Just part of the downside of some filters.
