... i went to move some excess salvinia from Lyric's tank and there were 2 baby fish that I saw(possibly more hiding in the dense salvinia). Has to be oto's! has had no other fish in the tank. is this possible?!

Oh congrats! It is possible though quite rare.

I have heard of eggs coming in with plants though, so if you have added anything new in the last little while that may be it.
Either way cool

I may be mistaken, but I think even when wittle babies otos will stick to the glass and plants, so that is one way you should be able to tell.

No matter what it is, make sure there is food available.
