Edit: was the sale for only the tank itself or the kit?

I saw the same today but price was 50% off (19.99) @petco pasadena.

I went to three in north San Diego county and they all had the regular prices on them.

Well, I had to go to San Marcos today anyway so I checked their new Petco, I also checked the one by my house and the one in between.

I was thinking of getting a handful if they had them for that price and offering a couple at the SCAPE auction thingy *shrug*

The sale down here was only on the purple ones! I found that kind of odd really, but couldnt pass it up!

I think it would be that the purple sell less than the other colors.
You should see how much it would be to ship them, it might be worth people sending you money to pick one up for them because their normal price is way higher than $4.99
