My tank has a high flow rate so something that enjoys a current. Really wanna try my hand on some tetras, rasboras or danios. Cherry barbs also look really cool. Corydoras are also on top of my list

Bettas and rams don’t appreciate high flow. Frankly, most tiny fish I know of usually like slow flow.

I would suggest white clouds or maybe some rasboras. There are some little gobies that like higher flow. Danios can handle current, but they prefer a lot of lateral swimming space, so 15 gallons may be a bit small for all but the smallest.
