So I inherited a 12g nanocube (unsure how old at least 5 years old)
One of the bulbs on the inside was burnt out and the other was actinic.
So I switched them both out for 5500k (I know these aren't perfect) 24W bulbs.
Now that I am thinking about this this might be way overkill, I would like high light in the tank so I can mess around with carpeting but seeing as I cannot adjust the height of the lights I am worried that these lights might be able to burn (if that is even posible?) non-carpeting plants?
Should I replace one of these with the actinic?
What would you guys do?
