I like it, Nice work on the caves!
I really like it, you have done a great job. Would be great to see what it's like in 3-4 months.Hi all. This is my third attempt at an aquascape. I'm still pretty new. I wanted to make a heavily planted jungle with volcano rock walls that reach the surface. I bought a ton of volcano rock, and to my surprise, used all of it.
The wood is mostly spider wood, with a few pieces of dried corkscrew willow (I'll probably have to take those out once they begin to rot).
Substrate is simple white aquarium sand only. I'll be mainly dosing with liquid ferts for the plants.
Plants include mostly epiphytes: anubia cognesis, wavy, nana petite, barteri. Buce brownie, Godzilla, mini coin, MC for the back wall, pinnafinida, mini boblitis. Probably some hitch hiker DHG in there.
Stock is 6 pygmy sunfish evergladei. 6 amano shrimp, 2 nerite snail.
Tech is pretty basic. Fluval nano Bluetooth light, mini CO2, cheapo HOB filter.
I learned a lot on this build. I made the mistake of using hot glue, only supplemented with super glue/toilet paper. Luckily the rocks held strong, but the wood has mostly come
See some pics below at various stages. Appreciate the feedback!
