I found this CO2 diffuser in amazon. It looks like the size of the bubble is very small making CO2 faster to dissolve into water.
I could not find anything in this forum about it.
Is there any reason why is not used for aquariums?
Clogging issues?

I think 3 things could happen here.

1.) I think it will easily clog up when exposed to your tank. Any algae buildup will substantially reduce flow
2.) You're going to need a ton of pressure to push CO2 through this thing. It might be difficult to properly dial in on the correct amount of CO2.
3.) It may not dissolve as quickly as your thinking. You may just end up with a cloud of bubbles in the tank, making your tank look like it's full of milk instead of water
