I recently got a HM TDS EZ pen and I hate it. It doesn’t calibrate for temp, for one thing, and the readings are all over the place.
I’d really like to find one that is simple to use and still very accurate? Does such a beast exist?

My first question is one I can't seem to find addressed here, or on any other site: does TDS matter if the GH and KH are in a good range?

It's brand new, just got it two days ago and don't need it. It comes prepacked with a large sachet of 800ml calibrating solution that is required to calibrate it.
