I bought 2 Lava Snails for my tank recently and I love them!
They seem perfectly healthy: Moving around, licking the glass, eating algae and leftovers. But even in the store all the snails had this white discoloration on the tip of their shells.

So I finally gave in and bought a few horned nerites. I do weekly 5% water changes.
Water is now
pH of ~7.2-7.4
gH of 9
My nerites are curled up inside their shells and won't move. Is my gH too low or something? They're in with neocaridina and I was hoping to add some...
