I've never had any marimo moss balls in this tank but I have had them in the past. It looks like marimo has grown on the driftwood in this tank. It's barely attached and can be removed easily. I thought it was algae at first but it really resembles the marimo I had before. I'd like to hear input about this. I found what I think is the Christmas tree moss growing in a mass of java moss in one of my other tanks and added it to a tree decoration here.
