Just a quick question. I know Seachem's Flourite is good for plants, but will it also promote the growth of algae? Thanks :)

No flourite will do just the opposite and make it harder for the algae to flourish.
Flourite, unlike laterite, doesn't allow it's nutrients to seep into the water column. Because of this only the plant's root will be able to extract the nutrients from the flourite.

Then the plants with this extra bonus of flourite will also take in extra phosphates etc... as well leaving less in the water for the algae.
