Thank you sir! If you say I'm good then I'll let it run for a bit and see if my dwarf baby tears and Monte Carlo do well. Greatly appreciate your time and expertise!

[email protected] 24' will put you in a good range at 16" considered by most as high light..
I wouldn't add anything till your plants tell you to..

Phone app says 3167 Lux at 24" thus 47 par. My light to substrate is 16" if that changes much. Should I just get a finnex and be done or another fixture that you recommend? I like tinkering but not if I can get high end light fully controllable and what I just built is medium at best. Thanks, sorry for all the questions.

Not what I wanted to hear! Smh what should I add in order to get "high" lighting? I have another power supply and 2 Steve's drivers I could use plus the 6 additional 6500k I pulled out. Just tell me what you'd add and I'll follow your advice! Thanks again!

your probably running 50W of Led's over that tank..About equiv to 100w of t5/8's
I'd probably guess a good medium w/ all on full..but hard to tell..
CO2 "makes up" for lower light w/ many plants..but I suspect you aren't in a range of lower at all..
    5000 lumens..
Get a cheap LUX meter (sometimes a phone app works)
    Conversion - PPF to Lux
Use .015 as a conversion factor (somewhat between florescent and daylight).. lux x .015 = PAR at that distance..
Bet you get about 65PAR at 24"..

Sorry to bother you again. Where do you think my lighting power sits? Medium, medium-high, high? If not in the high range what should I add to get me there? Thanks again!
