Caution here!! Without holes to allow water flow through the bottle, you have a ready made death trap as the fish will quickly use any O2 and create waste. If a single fish goes in, you may get by...

Finding micro fish that are not super shy would be my tip, a betta fish may be to much for these tiny fish, tho ive never kept a betta i keep a fair few micro fish, I find if they are spooked easily...
