CO2 system - Am I set?

I am going to take the plunge and go from dyi CO2 to pressurized. I already have a ceramic diffuser and I have the following in my amazon cart:

Fluval Ceramic CO2 Bubble Counter

Zebra DNA Luxfer L6X Aluminum CO2 Tanks with CGA320 on/off Valve (5 LB, Brushed

Premium AQUATEK CO2 Regulator with Integrated Solenoid

And CO2 proof tubing.

Am I set to take the plunge?

Need to include a check valve somewhere, unless the bubble counter has one. Im not sure what a "ceramic bubble counter" is, but if you mean this one,

http://www.amazon.com/Fluval-88g-CO2-Bubble-Counter-Ounces/dp/B004GCPM6K

it doesnt have a built in check valve.

A check valve would be a good idea to get too so water doesn't backup into the regulator. I'd also make sure that you can get your new cylinder refilled instead of exchanged so you can keep your new shiny cylinder. Most places (around me anyways, central michigan) will just swap out your empty cylinder with a full one so you will never see that sexy luxfer again. Equipment list looks good though; cylinder, regulator, tubing, diffuser, bubble counter, only other thing I can think of would be a drop checker to check your ph drop once co2 is introduced to estimate your co2 concentration.

+1 to Check Valve and Drop Checker.

Also, an outlet timer if you will have it on a different timing system than your light, which you probably will.

Great, thanks guys. I mean a ceramic diffuser. I'll be throwing the system on the same timer of my Ray2. Any recommendations on a check valve or would a simple plastic one suffice?

I also recommend turning CO2 on before lights.

+1 to check valves. I would use more than 1

I use these ones - someone told me they were much more reliable than the linear-style ones:
