Acrylic Tank seals

I was gifted a 55 gallon tank, but the top leaks, which impacts stability I am sure. Also the other seals have what look like air bubbles in them. What can I do? Is there a way to remove the entire top so I can rebond it? It is open between the 2 arrows, but not the other seals.

It's a condition known as "crazing" where the joins separate from stress. There's likely no easy way to add acrylic cement between the joints as it's already sealed. The pieces are already chemically bonded together so if you want to break them apart, you'll literally be breaking the tank apart.

The crazing isn't that bad and the tank shouldn't fall apart.
